Gorgonzola and Parmesan Sauce with Pasta

Ingredients
4 c skim milk4tbsp white floursalt to tastepepper to tastepaprika to taste5 oz gorgonzola cheese crumbles1 c parmesan cheese shredded16 oz whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
This is poured over a big bowl of pasta; makes approximately 8 servings, including pasta

Cook pasta according to directions on box; when finished, drain and pour into large serving bowl.

Combine milk and flour in sauce pot and whisk together over medium to medium-high heat until mixture begins to bubble.

When mixture is bubbling, add remaining ingredients and whisk until cheese is melted.

Pour sauce over pasta in serving bowl.

    The part I like best about this sauce is that there is no butter. I was out of flour so I subbed corn starch.orked great. Went halfsies on the quantities because there are only 3 of us. Was a good sauce to pasta ratio. - 9/10/11
