681 grams Brussels sprouts, cooked 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 tbsp Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup 2 clove Garlic 6 medium Carrots, raw .5 tsp Thyme, ground 0.33 cup Dried Cherries 1 serving balsamic vineger 2 tbsp (by CGRIF592)
Directions
put Carrots and Brussels Sprouts on cookie sheet
preheat oven 400 F
mix Vinegar, spices, oil, syrup - pour on veggies
bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes less for frozen sprouts
Serve Immediately .add cranberries
