Strawberry-Blueberry-Apple Protein Oat Bars

Ingredients
66 gram(s) Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder - Vanilla, 1 scoop 2 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 24 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce 3 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Almond Extract (Watkins) (by ADMOREEP) 1.5 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Line 9x13 cake pan w non stick foil. Should go up all sides of cake pan.

Chop up frozen strawberries in food processor. Pour in large mixing bowl.
Chop of frozen blueberries in food processor. Pour in large mixing bowl.
Pour in 3 cups unsweetened applesauce into large mixing bowl.
Add vanilla & almond extract.
Add baking powder.
Stir in steel oats.
Place protein powder in food processor, while the processor is running, slowly pour in warm water to create a fluffy egg white.
Carefully fold fluffy egg whites into fruit oat mixture.

Pour into foil lined cake pan.

Bake at 350 for 50 min.

Remove from foil as soon as it cools.

Makes 12 large bars.
