500 grams Chicken Livers 250 grams Canadian Bacon 80 grams Butter, unsalted 6 fl. oz Sherry, dry 12 grams Basil 1.5 grams Pepper, black 1.5 grams Salt 3 grams Tabasco Sauce 100 grams Light Whipping Cream
Directions
Cook first three ingredients together then blend all ingredients until smooth and chill before serving.
