Ingredients
8-oz plain fat free yogurt1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, shredded and drained2 teaspoons white wine vinegar1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint or dill1 clove garlic, minced Dash white pepper Dash salt (optional)
Directions
1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Serve in pita with falafel prepared according to package directions.

    this sauce was very tasty. We put it over a turkey burger on pita bread with some lettuce and tomato. The mint adds a very nice crisp sort of tangy flavor to it. Wonderful way to jazz up a dish with very little cals and fat! - 10/16/08
