Ingredients
1 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp dried minced onion 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 cup water1 can dark red kidney beans (undrained)1 can black beans (undrained)1 jalapeno pepper, seeded,deveined and chopped1 cup frozen corn, thawed1 can Rotel hot diced tomatoes2 cups Boca crumbles1bottle dark beer
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan. Heat to near boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally.
