# *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 20oz# Onions, raw, 2 large (chopped or sliced)# Garlic, 3 tsp (pressed)# *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Cilatro 1 T.# Pepper, black, .8 tsp # Knorr Mini Cube Chipotle, 1 serving # Ro Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 1.5 cup # Water, tap, 1.5 cup # Wyler's Sodium Free Chicken Flavor, 3 tsp Southwest seasoning, 2 serving # Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup # Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
Directions

brown meat slightly and place in crock pot on high... add everything but the onions ,let it go for 45 min and then add onions cook and additional 40 min or until fork tender

makes 5 (1.5 c) servings easily doubles for 10
