My Own Turkey Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) 8 cup Kitchen Basic Unsalted Chicken Stock (by CSUCAM) 1.5 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 3 serving Shitake Mushrooms (4 mushrooms, 72 grams) .25 cup Wild Rice .33 cup Brown Rice, long grain .5 tsp Salt .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Cook the rices. I do them separately since they take different cooking times. Saute chopped mushrooms and onions. I use frozen butternut squash already diced. Add all ingredients and simmer.
