0.50 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cup Milk, nonfat 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 clove Garlic 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.10 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 cup Vegetable Broth 1 serving 1 Yukon Gold Potato 6 oz Trident Smoked Sockeye Salmon 0.75 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
Sauté onions, garlic and celer in olive oil. Add diced potato, season with salt and pepper. Add broth and 2 Tbsp tomato paste, simmer till potatoes are tender. Toss in rinsed corn. Add milk and salmon. Bring up to temp but don't boil. Add cream. Serve hot and enjoy!
