16 oz Ground beef 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Peas and carrots, frozen 1 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 clove Garlic 3 tsp Ginger Root 1 tsp Curry powder 1 tsp Cain's ground cumin (by MAMAHOYT) 1 tsp Coriander seeds, ground McCormick (by CHUCKLES0719) 1 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 1 tsp Cardamom, ground 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Basil
Directions
Sweat Onions in melted coconut oil
add ground beef, begin to brown add peas and carrots at the same time
add remaining ingredients
cook until ground beef is thoroughly cooked, approximately 5-10 min depending on oven

Serve over starch of choice or eat directly if paleo or keto
