3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 0.50 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1 lime yields Lime Juice 10 serving Nasoya Egg Roll Wrap (by N0N3SEQUITOR) 2 serving All Natural Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray (by SMKYMTNGIRL)
Dice first four ingredients, mix in bowl with lime juice. Place egg roll wraps flat in a diamond pattern. Divide mixture and place on wraps 1" from one edge. Fold edge over mixture, fold sides in, wet far edge with water, roll wraps up. Place on cookie sheet. Spray with vegetable oil, flip over, spray again. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes
