Low Carb Coney Dog Chili

Ingredients
1.25 lb Lean ground chuck (i use hormone free, local beef)1 can petit diced tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes with jalapenos3 cups Pacific Organic Low Sodium Beef Broth1 can tomato paste1 cup salsa (i use medium)5 TBSP dehydrated onion flakes1 to 2 TBSP chili powder1 to 2 t ground cumin.5 t ground cinnamon1 package of 10 BoarsHead Lite Skinless Beef Hot Dog6 oz of Smoked Gouda Cheeseraw onionsmustard
Directions
Brown ground chuck and drain fat.
Add next 9 ingredients (canned tomatoes through cinnamon) and stir to blend. Cook for 1 hr on medium low to low heat.
Cut the package of hot dogs into bite size pieces and fry up in a pat of butter. Add the hot dogs to the chili and cook another 15 to 30 minutes on low.
Ladle up about 2 1/2 ladles per bowl and top with mustard, raw onions and 1oz of smoked gouda.
