beef and veggie lowfat lasagna

Ingredients
2 lbs lean Ground Beef6 cups uncooked Penne3 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots blend, cooked1 green bell pepper.5 cup chopped onion3 small cloves garlic6 oz mozzerella cheese.25 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
cook penne. cooked beef with onion, green pepper, garlic. toss all together in a large casserole pan. Sprinkle with Moz. Cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake till heated through and cheese is melted.
