Anticipated making this for one full week. I scheduled to make it and had to leave work a hour late. I was amazed how easy it was to prepare! The store didn't have the Newman's so I used Bertolli. Mamma Mia it reminded me of my Mom's recipe. My whole family wanted seconds but my wife refrained. TYVM - 4/14/10

This recipe for chicken parm was amazing. It was my first time cooking a meal. (Chicken parm + whole grain, angel hair pasta) Frying the chicken with breadcrumbs was difficult but got easier with time. My boyfriend and I felt good about eating healthy. I will definitely make this again! - 4/13/10

I loved this recipe! I just made 1 serving (for myself), so I cut the cooking time a little bit. It came out PERFECT! I couldn't believe I was eating just 173 calories. It was amazing and full of flavor. I will make it again and again. - 9/9/09
