Chicken and Cheddar Broccoli Brown Rice

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted (cubed)2 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice) 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook chicken. Push to the side. Add 1 T of olive oil and toss in brown rice. Saute for 1 minute. Pour in broth. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer- covered for 12 minutes. Add in broccoli. Cook an additional 8 mins until rice and broccoli are tender. Stir in cheese.
