Baked Chicken with Spinach & Artichoke

Ingredients
22 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 tbsp chopped Shallots 0.50 serving garlic, minced (1 clove) 0.25 cup Market Basket part skim mozzarella shredded 0.25 cup digiornio cheese parm 255 gram(s) Monterey Artihearts 283 gram(s) Market Basket Frozen Chopped Spinach 4 oz market basket FF greek yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375degrees then coat pan with cooking spray
place chicken (cut in 1" cubes) into baking dish. salt and pepper chicken and then bake for 15 minutes.
place defrosted spinach and artichokes into a colander and press very firmly to squeeze out as much liquid as possible. transfer veggies to cuting board, chop coarsely then add to a medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine. Pour on top of chicken and bake 20-25 minutes.
Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
