Tomato and Onion Bagel Thin Sandwich

Ingredients
1 serving Thomas' 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .50 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 oz Goat Cheese, Soft 0.25 cup onion - medium sauteed in olive oil (by KSGAMMA)
Directions
Toast bagel thin, slightly.
Sautee a medium onion in 1/2 Tbsp. of EVOO. Keep extras in fridge for next sandwich.
Slice a medium tomato.

Place 2-3 slices of tomato on each bagel half.
Top with some goat cheese (about 1-2tsp. on each)
Top with sautéed onions.
(Optional)Place back in toaster oven to for a minute or two to heat tomato and cheese.
Sprinkle a little Mrs. Dash or pepper on top and enjoy!
