250 gram(s) NLS Cooked Chickpeas, no salt (metric) 60 gram(s) NLS Hellmann's Mayonnaise (metric) 30 gram(s) NLS Hofer Ketchup 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Coarsely mash chickpeas.
Mix mayo, ketchup, and parsley together.
Add to chickpeas, and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Use as a sandwich filling, on baked potatoes, or as is.
Serving Size: 57.5g / one sixth of the recipe

This is fantastic! Reminiscent of tuna salad but with chick peas, I bet some pickle relish or sriracha would be good additions. Going to be a big part of my summer lunch rotation. - 5/18/16

So glad you liked it, Soaps! I've used Tabasco chipotle, and it's super-nom, so yes, I imagine siri-siri-cha-cha(!!) would work really well. :-)
