MY MY Pepper Steak

Ingredients
8 oz. Flank Steak seasoned with Salt & Pepper, Grill Seasoning, drizzel with EVOO on both sides let set 10 - 15 min.Slice, dice, chop whatever you like 2 peppers & 1 sm. - med. onionChop 3 cloves Garlic
Directions
On stove top grill (very hot) Grill Flank STK. 3-5 min. on each side.
Remove & set aside

In Fry Pan Drizzle EVOO to coat pan, on med - high heat.
Add Peppers & Onions let get a little carmelized color.

Chop Steak into bite size pieces and add to fry pan.

Add Tamari, Hoisin and Mustard sautee 3-5 minutes depending on how you like your steak.

(Best Served over steam rice)
