Engine 2 - Rip's Big Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
1/4 cup raw old-fashioned oats1/4 cup Grape Nuts or Ezekiel brand equivalent or Kashi 7 Grain Nugget 1/4 cup bite-size shredded wheat 1/4 cup Uncle Sam cereal 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal 2 tablespoons walnuts 1 banana, sliced 1 kiwi, sliced or another fruit like mango or grapefruit (segmented) 1 cup berries of your choice 1 cup any milk substituteServing Size: 1 serving
Directions
Instructions:

Toss all ingredients except the fruit and milk substitute into a bowl.

If you're adding grapefruit: After cutting grapefruit in half, use a small, sharp knife to remove the segments. Add segments to the top of the bowl and squeeze in the juice.

Top the bowl with fruit & milk substitute. (You may want to mix the fruit and grain before adding the milk substitute).

Variations:

In a pinch, simply add water (the fruits blend with the water and give it a sweet taste)
