4 leaves Basil 3 cup Spinach, fresh 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 16 oz Ground Turkey, Trader Joe's Lean 3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 3 cup Sauce, Marinara, Organic, No Salt, Low Fat, Trader Joe's 12 oz cheese, lite shredded mozzarella, (Trader Joe's) 4 sliced Zucchinis
cook turkey with basil and Mrs. dash
add marinara and tomatoes
simmer
Slice zucchini into ribbons
in a dish layer meat mix, top with zucchini, 1 cup spinach, and 1/3 of cheese
Repeat layer
Top with remaining layer of cheese
sprinkle basil on top
bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly
Serving Size: make 8 servings
