4 cup, sliced Zucchini 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 2 serving Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp 0.50 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium 2 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.) 2 tsp Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend 8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 tbsp Salsa, Tostitos Chunky Salsa, mild
Season chicken breasts with Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning (feel free to season as generously as desired) & bake at 350 for 20-25 mins (or until juices run clear). Dice cooked chicken and set aside. Chop (or spiralize) zucchini and saute in olive oil-sprayed skillet until crisp-tender. Layer 2 cups zucchini, 4 oz chicken breast, appx 6 tomatoes, 1/4 c black beans, 2 Tbsp Black Olives, 2 Tbsp Guacamole, & 1 Tbsp Salsa to create your bowl.
