Ingredients
6 oz shrimp2 Tbs chopped walnuts2 Tbs dried cherries2 Tbs crumbled blue cheese2 Tbs Fresh Gourmet Lightly Salted Crispy Onions3 C lettuce mix20 Sprays Ken's Lite Accents Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Directions
Pan fry shrimp in a skillet with a litte bit of olive oil Pam. Top lettuce on large plate or bowl with remaining ingredients and shrimp. Finish with honey mustard vinaigrette spray.

Serves 1 for main meal or 2 as a starter.
