chicken and brown rice casserole

Ingredients
4 cups brown rice, cooked1 cup of shredded chicken meat4 cups of spinach3 cloves of garlic, crushed2 cups shatake mushrooms1 c shredded cheese1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup nonfat milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well then bake in a 350* oven for 30 mins.
