Grilled Shrimp for the Soul

Ingredients
Raw Shrimp 8 cleaned, and deveined1 TBS EVOO2 T of Soul seasoning (low sodium if possible)2 wooden skewers
Directions
Preheat your grill ahead of time. This preperation only takes a few minutes depending on how many servings you are making. Clean and devein the shrimp. Take off the whole shell and legs. In a small bowl put the cleaned shrimp and the soul seasoning and EVOO and toss until it coats all of the shrimp. Then put 4 shrimp on each skewer. put on the grill or griddle for 2-3 miutes or until the shrimp looks pink. Then flip it to grill the other side of the shrimp. ( if you have the griddler then you can cook both sides at once.) Serve while hot on top of a salad or alone.
