apple butter yogurt

Ingredients
plain yogurt(i use soy but recommend goat/sheep/buffalo if you are able to go the dairy route!)apple butter(make sure its just apples, or apple with apple juice/concentrate)cinnamon
Directions
spoon a serving of yogurt into a bowl.
add a spoonful or two of apple butter
sprinkle on cinnamon (i am addicted i add at least a tablespoon! and cayenne and a little sea salt if im into it)

optional to add raw oats and let sit for an hour or overnight for instant delicious cool snack or breakfast. add nuts, seeds (whole or in butter form, depends on if you like creamy or crunchy) for a more hearty snack or meal, or use to top already cooked oats or rice.
also can be used for a dip for pretzels, apple slices or as a spread on english muffins, crackers
