1 cup sliced apples1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Cut up apple(s) into slices. Put tsp. of cinnamon on top and shake in bowl. Serve.

    My diabetic friend makes this for her family and friends. Difference is, first she LIGHTLY shakes some sweetener (I prefer Splenda, but she used a different one) on to the chopped apples, then adds the cinnamon. Heaven! Who needs calories?! - 4/6/09
