Ingredients
4 tbsp Olive Oil 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 5.5 cup Beans, red kidney 2 clove Garlic 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Parsley
Directions
Drain and rinse kidney beans (from 3 15 oz cans). Chop other veggies. Mix all together and chill.
