beef tips and noodles over mashed potatoes

Ingredients
12 oz Beef, Sirloin Tips 1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .50 cup Milk, 1% 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 1 tsp Onion powder 1.5 cup Great Value Extra Wide Egg Noodles 5.3 oz Potatoe, raw (by SANDRAKRESGE2) 4 tsp Margarine, soft
Directions
In large skillet place package of sirloin beef tips, cook over medium heat, and add 1 can of beef broth, let simmer 30 minutes til beef is tender, add pepper, salt, and onion powder to taste, turn down heat and add 1/2 cup of milk (makes like a gravy for noodles and beef tips.

Peel and rinse 6-8 medium potatoes place in medium pan and cook til done. Rinse when cooked and mash adding margarine and a little milk
Serve up 6 --8 1 cup servings of noodles and beef tips over 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes.
