Chicken Chilaquiles

6 Extra Large egg, fresh 2 cups sliced mushrooms, fresh 2 cup, chopped white onions1medium bell pepper 8 6-inch corn tortillas12 oz raw chicken breast3 cup chunky salsa 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 clove Garlic
Heat garlic and olive oil in an iron skillet.
Cut chicken into small pieces and brown in the skillet.
Chop up tortillas, onions, mushrooms, and pepper. Mix in with the chicken and sautee.
Add the salsa, stir until everything is coated.
Smooth the top of the mixture out flat, then crack the eggs over the entire top.
Transfer the entire skillet into an oven at 400F for five or six minutes, until the eggs have cooked.
Slice and serve with cilantro.
