Cauliflower Pizza Crust Pizza

Ingredients
3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked .5 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Basil .13 tsp Pepper, black .13 tsp Salt 3 clove Garlic 5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 large Egg white, fresh
Directions
Process cauliflfower and bake on parchment paper at 375 for 25 minutes, stirring once.
Cool and roll in dish towel, squeeze out water.
Mix cauliflower with oil, basic, black pepper, salt, garlic, 2 oz of mozzarella cheese, egg whites, and parm.
Press into 2 8" circles on parchment paper covered baking sheet. Coat with cook spray. Bake at 450 for 22 minutes or until brown.
Top with remaining ingredients and bake 7 minutes or until cheese melts.
