Canadian Pork Pie

Ingredients
16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cloves, ground 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 tsp Salt 1 clove Garlic 2 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
Directions
Cook meat until no longer pink. Drain well, returning de-fatted juices to pan. Add onion and seasonings; cook until water is mostly evaporated. Line pie plate with crust, add filling, and top with crust. Cut slits for venting. Bake at 375F until crust is golden.
