Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries (or other fruit such as strawberries, raspberries).5 cup fresh squeezed orange juice1 cup plain kefir
Directions
Pour kefir and orange juice into blender. Add frozen fruit and blend until smooth. Frozen fruit makes milkshake consistency although fresh or thawed fruit may also be used for thinner consistency.
