Greek Market Stew with Feta

Ingredients
1.5 lbs Beef chuck - arm pot roast is lower in fat than chuck and can be diced.5 cup Beef Broth.5 cup Diced onion (lg chunks)1 cup Diced Green Pepper (lg chunks)3 cups Diced Tomotoes with juice.5 cup Tomato Paste1 Tbsp Fresh Garlic2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar (could not find in ingredient list).5 tsp Oregano.5 tsp Pepper3 Tbsp Corn Starch1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions
Add everything together in slow cooker except feta. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
Sprinkle feta on top before serving.
Can be eaten on it's own or served over noodles or rice.
