Honey Pecan Chicken

Ingredients
1 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG) .25 tsp Pepper, black .67 cup Honey 1 cup, chopped Pecans .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 9 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN)
Directions
Place everything in slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Shred chicken and add back to sauce, mix all together.
