Ingredients
8 cup (8 fl oz) beef broth4 serving Minute Ready to Serve Rice Multi-Grain Medley 2 medium Carrots, sliced2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, sliced1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, diced6 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh (2 - 8 ounce container)28 oz can Diced tomatoes Furmano's 4 tbsp Vinegar, Red Wine
Directions
Add everything but minute rice to pot cook in high for 20 to 30 minutes. Add rice and cook additional 10 minutes.
