No-Sugar Healthy Banana Cocoa Cookies

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1.50 cup Quick Oats - Dry 0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill 100% 10 Grain Hot Cereal - Dry0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 3 tbsp Coconut Oil 2/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter 0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened 1/2 almonds: slivered, blanched
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Mash bananas thoroughly. Add oatmeal, 10-grain cereal, and cocoa, mix well. Put coconut oil and peanut butter together into into measuring cup, microwave until soft. Add to oatmeal mixture. Add optional cranberries and nuts. Mix well.
Spray cookie sheet lightly with oil. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto sheet. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Cool on sheet for 5 min, then on racks. Makes approximately 48 cookies.
