Matilde's Tuna Salad

Ingredients
15 oz Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 small Onions, raw 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Drain tuna, finely chop apple,celery, and onion
Mix tuna, apple, celery, onion, mayonnaise, pepper and salt in a medium bowl.
Serve on top of lettuce, with unsalted crackers, or make a sandwich
