Zucchini & Tomato Bake w/Shrimp

Ingredients
2 sl Bacon, chopped .5 c Onion, diced .5 c Mushrooms, sliced 2 c Zucchini, spiral 1 c Tomatoes, Canned, Diced Petite Cut 1 oz Asiago Cheese 1 oz Fresh Mozzarella 5.2 oz Shrimp, raw saltpepperoreganobasilthyme
Directions
Cook bacon, add onion & mushrooms. Cooked until translucent. Add zucchini & seasonings, stir and add tomatoes. Transfer to oven proof dish and top with sliced fresh mozzarella. Bake at 425 until cheese is bubbling. While in oven, saute shrimp in zucchini pan. Serve together. Yum!
