Ingredients
1 tsp Oregano, ground 0.50 clove Garlic 20 large Shrimp, cooked 2 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked .5 cup Purple Onion 1 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini
Directions
1) boil noodles with garlic until done drizzle tsp of olive oil so it wont clump
2) then in frying pan us the reaming oil to fry all the veggies
3) peal clean and devein shrimp add to cooked veggies
4) add oregano and stir for 2 min then add 1/4 cup water and cover with lid to steam shrimp
5) remove lid add noodles stir and serve

Serving Size:  makes enough for 2
