Brown Rice Risotto - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 3 tsp VEGETA or vegetable stock powder 3.5 cup warm water1 small Onions, diced1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced2 tbsp Creme Fraiche 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Spray slow cooker with oil. Add rice, stock, water, onion & capsicum. Cook on HIGH for 2-2.5hours or LOW for 4-5 hours.
Just before serving, stir in parmesan & creme fraiche.
