Best Tuna Sammy Ever!

Ingredients
1/2 can of tuna in water; drained1 Tablespoon of Kraft Light Mayonnaise2 slices of your favorite multi-grain bread3 thin slices of tomato1 Medium slice of yellow onion1 tsp black ground pepper
Directions
Cut onion slice into small slivers

Mix tuna, mayonnaise and black pepper in a small container. (Just like every time you make tuna!)

Add tuna/mayo mix to one slice of bread; spread evenly

Sprinkle your black pepper over the tuna

Add onion and tomato slices

Top with 2nd piece of bread

Enjoy! This is one of my favorite low calorie, low fat, high protein lunch items. Make the freshest, best tasting tuna sandwich you'll ever have!
