Ingredients
1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 3 tbsp Cilantro, raw 0.33 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 1 lime yields Lime Juice
Directions
In medium bowl combine chickpeas, avocado, cilantro, feta and lime juice. Stir until mixed well.
Also tastes good if 3 Tbsp. green onion or half a red onion are added

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
