Crawfish Jambalaya

Ingredients
2 tbsp. margarine or butter1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped bell pepper1 cup chopped celery1 tsp. minced garlic1 cup uncooked rice1 can chicken or beef broth1 can tomatoes, your choice, including Rotelseasonings1 package of crawfish tails
Directions
Melt butter in pan. Add peppers, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with Creole seasoning, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Simmer, reduce heat, and cover. Cook as you would rice, not disturbing or stirring to make gummy. Turn off when mixture is moist but not wet. Fluff and serve.
