BSF Baked Salmon

Ingredients
32 oz Pink Salmon (fish) 2 tbsp Honey 4 tsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk together wet ingredients and place in a plastic bag with fish to marinate. Marinate 15 minutes or for more flavor, up to 24 hours (I don't always even marinate it). Place on tinfoil in a baking pan and bake for 7 minutes. Baste with remaining marinade and broil on high until the edges are crispy and thickest part of the fish flakes and is cooked through.
