Ingredients
390 grams Zucchini 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 large Onions, raw 225 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 2 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 100 grams Lentils 800 gram(s) Napoli chopped tomatoe tinned (by SLIMBABYPUMA) 400 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)
Directions
Heat oil. Cook onion, zucchini, peppers until soft. Add chilli cook 1 minute. Add lentils, tomatoes + 250ml water. Boil + cook 20 minutyes. Add beans + 5 minutes.
