Sweet & Spicy Stir Fry

Ingredients
6 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti 1/2 T Lite Soy Sauce 1 t Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 t Mustard Powder2 t Garlic (minced)1/3 t Ginger (ground)1/4 t Onion Powder 1/2 T Honey 1/4 t Red Pepper Flakes1/4 C Water1/4 t Orange Zest1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 C Corn (drained or fresh)NOT counted in calories:+ meats of your choice
Directions
1. Cook pasta to al dente.

2. Heat wok or saucepan to medium-high heat, add olive oil.

(Cook any meats for meal in pan until almost done)

3. Stir water, honey, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, and garlic together in a small bowl.

4. Mix all dry seasonings in a small bowl.

5. Add noodles, corn, and liquid & dry ingredients into pan and stir over medium to medium-high heat until all liquids absorb into noodles.
