Healthy Banana Oatmeal cookie

Ingredients
1.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)3.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh2.0 tbsp Flaxseed0.5 cup Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates1.0 oz (20 halves) Pecans0.5 cup, shredded Coconut, raw1.0 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mash bananas, add all ingredients, mix well. Use a teaspoon to scoop mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Slightly flatten the cookie dough on the parchment paper then place in a 425 heated oven for 10 minutes or cookies are golden brown.
