18.0 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g)3.0 tbsp Butter, salted3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 fl oz Lemon JuiceRosemary Garlic Seasonings
In a frying pan melt the butter
Place 3 3oz Salomon filets to start cooking
Drizzle on some of the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice
Sprinkle with rosemary garlic seasonings to liking
Let cook for about 4 min then flip
Repeat with the rest of the olive oil and juice
Once cooked a little longer break the filets up with a spatula into bit size pieces and continue to cook until finished
