Ingredients
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Ginger, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .5 tsp Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted .67 cup Maple Syrup 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .75 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter, then add with all other ingredients and mix until combined. Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean @ 350 F
